Abstract
In this paper we suggest to take a look at how the process of constructive learning in a cross-cultural environment can be described using the language of mathematics. In our previous works we described in some detail the problems of communication with representatives of various cultural groups in the learning process: we described ontological bases, as well as epistemological and communicative ones. Moreover, this work contains an attempt to look “in the near future” of multicultural learning environments.

Abstract
Rapid updating of information equipment and technologies make it important to constantly improve the computer science competence of teachers. The article describes modern information technologies that provide students with an access to new information sources,enable the implementation of fundamentally new forms and methods of teaching that promote the cognitive work activation and the development of creative abilities. It is shown that with the increasing role of information and computer technologies in the educational process, some developments in the form of the participation of the teacher and his role in the accompaniment of educational activities take place.

Abstract
The article deals with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) for psychological research problems solving. The aim of the research was to study the connection between individual stability in the situation of information influence and some character traits such as resiliency, subjectivity, tolerance to uncertainty, satisfaction with life and self-actualization. Factor analysis was used to solve that problem.Logic of the method appliance is offered in this article.

Abstract
The management of the quality of information systems regarding the identification of its paradigm is considered. The paradigm is represented by a hierarchical system of supporting categories that reflects the content of the theory of the management of information systems quality. The basic composition of concepts and their definitions are provided, which clarify the semantics of the categories of the paradigm.The system-forming categories of the complex system for the management of information systems quality are defined.

Abstract
The way of model-building for the identifying external destructive effects on social networks on the basis of anti tumor immunity mechanism is considered in the article. The mechanisms for the identification of destructive control actions on social networks, presented in the form of self-organizing dynamic behavior, and for counteracting them with the means of internal resistance, are studied. Abstract
In the article there is a comparative legal analysis of the Doctrines of Information Security of the Russian Federation in 2000 and 2016 from the point of view of their completeness with regard to the category of legal protection of information. The article notes advantages and disadvantages in editions of currently effective document and of the one with tripled force. The author substantiates an opinion on more complete and complex disclosure concerning legal institution of the category of interest within the framework of the Doctrine, which has lost its force.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the 170th anniversary of the birth of telephone inventor A.G. Bell. over the past 140 years, telephony has evolved from the simplest electromagnetic phone offered by Bell, allowing one to talk with a subscriber in an adjacent room, to the global telephone networks of our days.The phone is used not only by ordinary public, but by state leaders, military and political figures, special services, their conversations require measures protecting the information transmitted via telephone networks, so the article considers first speech encryption systems appeared. Particular attention is paid to the Soviet equipment for encryption of the speech signal.

Abstract
The largest US center of collecting and storage of Russian cultural heritage is the Monastery in Jordanville, NY (New York) founded in 1930 under the jurisdiction of the Russian Orthodox Church abroad. The article is about an archive of Holy Trinity Orthodox Seminary, where more than 100 archive funds were deposited. By now most of the archival collections have been described in detail. Besides 30 collections are there also on microfilm. Archive inventory are available to researchers in both English and Russian languages. This article will be of interest to historians, archivists and other researchers interested in the Russian emigration and foreign archival Rossica.

Abstract
The article summarizes the results of a 65-year-old activities of the Department, reveals its role in training specialists for the archive sector in the USSR and the Russian Federation. It shows the development of scientific-pedagogical schools in the study and teaching of history of public institutions and public organizations of Russia. In the article an information on the preparation of teaching materials on the main lecture courses, and of textbooks and manuals, as well as about the themes of scientific researches of lecturers of Department is presented.In the conclusion authors define the place of the Department in the educational process in the Institute for History and Archives RSUH at the turn of XX-XXI centuries.
