Abstract
The development of innovative technologies in the Russian State University for the Humanities increases the competitiveness of the institution. Cloud technologies are increasingly included in the educational sector as their use simplifies and saves time. They provide students and teachers with a possibility of using the “cloud” as a universal repository with available access and mutual on-line work. The impact of rapidly accelerating global information technologies affects the development of higher education at the beginning of the XXI century, brings a new out look at the development of modern trends and the challenges of the process. The use of cloud technologies in the Russian State University for the Humanities is a part of the evolution of the information society.

Abstract
The article presents a study of some aspects of the definition of mathematical concepts and simplified proofs of mathematical theorems with application of indirect proof method of opposite and mathematical logic laws, without compromising mathematical rigor. A new definition of numerical equations and numerical identities, new proofs of Bolzano-Cauchy and Veershtrass theorems are shown.

Countering threats to international information security should be effected as part of both the national systems of prevention and neutralization of threats to information security and the system of international information security. The system of international information security must be able to solve a wide range of problems of classification and typology of threats in various directions: political, diplomatic, technological, economic, organizational. 230 years ago P.L. Shilling von Kanshtadt was born, who is known as the great scientist, innovator, cryptograph. His most important invention was the electric telegraph what made a revolution in communications. Almost instantaneous transmission of the information became possible. P.L. Shilling also headed a cryptographic service and developed several cyphersystems.

Abstract
The term “information society” is many-sided and many-leveled. In this article the author considers the records management standardization as a tool for the formation and development of the information society. The standards are very convenient and quickly modernized documents regulating the rules used for organizing the universal informational space, and records management is a part of it. Records management standardization plays a significant role in organizing the united terminology system and setting unified rules for creating, using and preservation of informational resources, and the documents being their the main part.

Abstract
A series of articles considers an issue of the organization in the Russian army of military history service and the issue of using the combat experience of the Russian Empire in the last quarter of XIX - mid XX century. It also considers what became of archeographic projects related to the publication of military documents. The focus is made on activities and publications of military history commissions of Main (later General) Headquarters of the Empire, during the Soviet period - the All-Russian General Staff of the Red Army. The fates of war editors preparing military documents publications, primarily on the history of the First World War are traced. Particular emphasis is placed on the problems of the organization of work and the issues of archeography and military history sources studies associated with the history of the “Great War”.
