Necessary and sufficient preconditions for ensuring the legal relevance of electronic documents in cross-border information interoperating in the customs sector
Abstract
Within the framework of this article, international treaties and acts that make up the Law of the Eurasian Economic Union and the regulatory legal framework of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union are studied, in terms of readiness for the implementation of a trans-border legally significant document circulation.
