Communication between records management and archival administration in information society

Abstract

The article analyzes specific features of communication between records management and archival administration and approaches used for studying the main features, functions and stages of evolution of documents in the terms of social practice. The special attention was paid to transformation of the communicative, cognitive and practical functions of documents under the conditions of information society.
