В статье рассматриваются различные виды документальных публикаций, в которых содержится нормотворческая и иная управленческая информация, относящаяся к внутриполитической деятельности США; затрагивается нормативная база публикаторской деятельности Управления Федерального регистра, отвечающего за выпуск изданий официальных документов федерального правительства; дается описание структуры содержания публикаций, а также их назначение в обществе.

The article discusses various types of documentary publications, which provide legislative and other management information related to the political activities of the United States of America; involves legislation of publishing activities of the office of the Federal Register, responsible for the production of publications of the federal government’s official documents; describes the structure of the content of publications, as well as their function in society.
