В статье анализируются научные труды известного болгарского ученого Александры Кумановой. Рассмотрены этапы ее творческого пути и профессиональной деятельности. Рассказывается о просветительской и научной деятельности ученого. Показано, что А. Куманова внесла крупный вклад в мировую библиографию и в целом в мировую культуру, являясь автором фундаментальных новаторских трудов по библиографоведению, где представила библиографоведческую картину гуманитарной библиографии и философскую концепцию содержательной структуры единого информационного пространства.
The article deals with the scientific works of the prominent Bulgarian scholar Alexandra Kumanova. The stages of her creative and professional activity are analyzed. The article describes the educational and scientific activity of the scholar. It is shown that A. Kumanova made a great contribution to world bibliography and, on the whole, to world culture since she is the author of the main innovatory works on bibliography research in which she presented the bibliographical picture of Humanities bibliography and the philosophical conception of the subject matter of the integrated Information space.
