В данной статье автор рассматривает документы из Национального архива Великобритании, раскрывающие некоторые факты из биографии британского журналиста Джорджа Добсона, который жил и работал в России в период с 1874 по 1920 г. В частности, рассказывается о его деятельности во время Гражданской войны на юге России.

The author of this article examines the documents from The National Archives of Great Britain revealing some facts of the biography of a British journalist George Dobson, who lived and worked in Russia in 1874-1920. Special attention is paid to his activities during the civil war in the South of Russia.
