Крупнейшим в США центром собирания и хранения российского культурного наследия является основанный в 1930 г. монастырь в Джорданвилле (штат Нью-Йорк) юрисдикции Русской православной церкви за границей. Статья посвящена архиву Свято-Троицкой духовной семинарии в Джорданвилле, в котором отложилось более 100 архивных фондов. В настоящее время большая часть архивных коллекций подробно описана. Кроме того, 30 коллекций существует также и в виде микрофильмов. Архивные описи предлагаются исследователям на английском и русском языках. Статья адресована историкам, архивистам и другим исследователям, интересующимся проблемами русского зарубежья и зарубежной архивной россики.
The largest US center of collecting and storage of Russian cultural heritage is the Monastery in Jordanville, NY (New York) founded in 1930 under the jurisdiction of the Russian Orthodox Church abroad. The article is about an archive of Holy Trinity Orthodox Seminary, where more than 100 archive funds were deposited. By now most of the archival collections have been described in detail. Besides 30 collections are there also on microfilm. Archive inventory are available to researchers in both English and Russian languages. This article will be of interest to historians, archivists and other researchers interested in the Russian emigration and foreign archival Rossica.
